The view was beautiful, but unfortunately that was the highlight of the stay. The staff at the pool area were not very welcoming. There was not enough seating for guest so you had to get there at 9am for seating. The pool edge was collapsing and was even blocked off in spots. The beach seating was limited, you had to get there by 8:45 am to get a spot. Dining and drinks at the resort were overpriced, with no nearby restaurants or shops within walking distance, which made things inconvenient.
The condo itself felt under-equipped for the price. There was only one blanket despite colder weather, and when we requested another, a sheet was delivered instead. Follow-up with staff went unanswered. The furniture was uncomfortable, and even basic items like silverware felt very low quality. Overall, the beautiful view was being the only plus was not worth the price. No comfort, unfriendly and unwelcoming staff not worth the price.
