Great central location to nearby bayside. Very accessible to nearby cruise ports and short airport transfer. Convenience store CVS directly opposite hotel is 24 hours so that is a bonus. Hotel spotless, staff polite, well mannered, I was able to access my rooms early with no extra fee. Air conditioning ice cold which is much needed in Miami heat. Breakfast fantastic, great choice, options and variety. Staff in dining area can’t do enough to make you happy. Highly commendable.

We stayed here for a concert at the Kaysea Center. We arrived and were greeted promptly. The bellman held our bags while we rushed to the spa for our services (we got held up by Miami traffic). The spa was lovely and our massages were very nice. Checking into our room was easy and getting around the nearby areas was pretty easy either walked or Ubered. They have late night room service which was perfect for a 1am burger craving. Burgers were amazing but the real start the show … blackout curtains and the beds!!! My husband and I both woke up sad to leave. It was the best nights sleep we had in a long time. Literal dream bed!!! My only complaint would be about the pool area. It’s meh. The view is good but it’s not very functional for getting sun unless the sun is right above you because you are surrounded by high rise buildings on 3 sides. In addition there is no wait service for food or drinks unless you have a private cabana. Shame for a luxury hotel. The poolside coconuts are wonderful but $16 seems a little outrageous for something that doesn’t even have alcohol in it and they won’t even bring it to you. Just my two cents. Luckily we don’t come for the pool. Overall our stay was lovely and would definitely return.
