Keep in mind there is no front desk and despite claiming luggage storage without someone there it’s fairly ineffective. If you don’t have need of these things then it’s a nice little spot.

Location was great but, no view whatsoever so you keep your blinds closed and therefore the room is dark. The view was the AC unit and workers outside who work in the attached restaurant. Also was very noisy at night.

Really cute cozy hotel. Great room. Comfortable stay. They really do need to have someone at the front desk. Virtual check in and any other questions. You have are problematic when you’re constantly calling a phone number.

My wife and I stayed at Kasa Impala for 5 days and we absolutely LOVED IT! Everything was walking distance, including pharmacies and night life. Beach is also 3 minute walk from the property too! We will definitely return for our next Miami vacation! We highly recommend!

Lovely property within walking distance of everything. 1 block from the beach, tons of restaurants. The digital check-in was wonderful and seamless. Beware of parking! Investigate ahead of time where to oark as very few properties helave parking.

Property is very good value, staff were great helping me with something they didn’t have to waste their time with. Our room was above the restaurant who play a loud eclectic mix all afternoon and evening which was too noisy for us but that comes with the convenience of the location

The hotel is clean and very well located on Collins Avenue. The customer service is responsive. Mami Beach is always noisy but this hotel is just behind a nightclub (M2). The loud vibrations of the music make it hard to sleep on nights were the club is open.
