Great Coconut Grove stay

My husband and I stayed here for U Miami family weekend and it was perfect. The unit was nicely updated, clean and the host communicated throughout our stay. Walking distance to everything and only a 15 min drive to campus. The rooftop pool was amazing and the views from the unit were great. We'll definitely stay here when we visit our son again.

Nice place, poor hosting

Host messaged us to explain there was an issue with the power causing the ac not to work. We were very understanding of the issue from time it was an issue until the later that night which was over a 12hr time it was not working. We were asked what they could do to make the stay more comfortable at about midnight many hours later it was still not working, we politely asked to cancel remainder of the stay and receive a refund for the remainder so we could go stay somewhere else. We informed the host we had left the hotel as it was over 80 degrees in our room at midnight. After messaging the host we left we received no messgae accept 8 hrs later it was now working. Having health issues with breathing it is very unreasonable to expect us to stay at that hotel. The host has completely ignored my request. Another issue is the booking is only started through not Vrbo and no way supported by Vrbo. 2nd payment was made by external link not through Vrbo app. I was not aware of this prior to booking which I may not have if I was aware of that.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The pics are an accurate description of the condo. There was some normal wear and tear as to be expected but nothing major. The sliding door did not lock on our first night but the property management was very quick to respond and get it fixed! The location is close to so many shops and restaurants! The pool was wonderful with an amazing view! Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place!

Refreshing Getaway

Property is in a great location. Plenty of restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Nice pool on the property. Balcony was nice. Great view. Property manager was kind and reached out several times to make sure we had what we needed. Enjoyed staying here. Would recommend.

Arya In For a Fabulous Stay?

The condo was clean, comfortable and had amazing views of the city and waterfront from inside as well as from on the balcony. Elevators were sketchy at times and there is no onsite bar or restaurant, but numerous choices nearby. It's in a fun, walkable area. Try Amal for Lebanese cuisine or Meraki for fine Greek dining. We would return here without question.

Beautiful property in nice neighborhood!

The room's decor is adorable, and I'm a fan of the balcony view. While everything else about the stay was excellent and deserving of 5 stars, I must mention that the check-in experience could have been better due to the host's lack of friendliness, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Great Stay at Cocowalk

Great studio in an incredible location. Listing was accurate, apartment was clean and all services were wonderful. The check in and check out was easy and questions and concerns were immediately answered. We loved the studio apartment. It is spacious and clean with a great kitchen and a balcony with a nice view. It is located right next to Cocowalk and within walking distance of several restaurant, bars, a movie theater, 2 parks and the bay. It is also in a very central place if you want to drive to other locations within the Miami area. I highly recommend this property!! Thank you for hosting us!! Lili

Cute unit & great pool

Really cute studio unit with good views of the marina and water. The AC works great. The location is 1 block from several coffee shops and not many great restaurants. This building is busy and can be loud. But it is a very nice property and location. You are right in the heart of the Grove.

Best Miami location

This studio suite is located in the Argo Hotel in a great location for unique food and shopping. Great place to avoid the spring break crowds elsewhere in Miami. Located close to Key Biscayne, the Fairchild Botanical, and other attractions. The space is just like the photos. The pool is awesome and overlooks the marina but was often closed. Not open in the evenings. That was a bummer.

This property is very poorly managed. The oven was not cleaned and corners of the house were filthy. Not a good cleaning job. The safe was broken into and the keypad was hanging loose. The balcony door does not have a key and could not leave room for 3 days for fear of being broken into. The advertisement said occupancy for 3. They gave a tiny futon not big enough for. Child to sleep. The futon was replaced and the balcony door was fixed at 10pm at the day of check in. But we lost the first day of our vacation. The property management company constantly lies about everything.

Great stay

Everything was very nice and as advertised. Complimentary wine and water in the fridge was a nice touch. Price was very reasonable and we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to go to: Starbucks, dining establishments, local bars and shops. It was only a 5 minute drive to CVS for a late night snack run.

The property is lovely. Fernando, Silvia & Natalia were awesome. The neighborhood is really safe & has some amazing features to it. Lots of things within walking distance. Overlooking the harbor from the balcony was nice. Thanks for such a great stay!!
