when on agent advertises on apartment everything should be in working order & they should not be hiding from you any shortcomings with the Apartment and also make themselves available thru email , Phone and text and not hide. in my case the light fixture right above the table in the dining area was not working and Yes they knew about it as they told me . however they should not decide what is important for me or not i call that dishonest this is the kind of agents you employ. which i was not happy , in all honesty you just dont care & the only thing you do is LIE and collect money to be really fully honest. there is no phone to contact you and you don't come around to check. whom are you trying to fool ., i call this the real American way just pretend. however you don't even know how to pretend and put up a good show.
I have been to this apartment for the second time, beautiful view from the 29th floor, elegant, clean, comfortable bed in the bedroom and above all a beautiful, large balcony overlooking the ocean and the city is a great place for a morning breakfast or coffee I highly recommend this place I will definitely go back there
My wife and I love the property and the proximity to the ocean. The resturant, swimming pool and access to the ocean was remarkable. The only suggestion for the owner to replace the mattress as it had wear and tear causing some discomfort. Thank you.
I recently stayed at Life Resort in Hallandale Beach, and it was such a great experience. The unit felt like a cozy one-bedroom apartment with resort-style comfortâperfect for a relaxing getaway. The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and having not one but two balconies made it even more special. The space was clean, comfortable, and ideal for me and my partner. The host was wonderfulâresponsive, kind, and made everything feel seamless. I would definitely return again and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful beach escape.
The view was amazing. All in our stay was wonderful. I do feel some upgrades are needed. Easy access to beach hotel and pool amazing. Valet process is smooth and easy. Would recommend.
Second visit to this complex. Property overall is really great. We spent most of the time by the pool, and the attendants are always nice. Small pool toys seem to be ok as long as you are not bothering other people. Elevators can get crowded but if you go into it knowing that, the wait times arenât bad. There are plenty of Rideshare services available so you do not need a car. There is a brand new Publix just 0.5 miles north on A1A and easily walkable.
The location was perfect, the access was easy and the check in was easy. Loved the apartment and the view and all the amenities it had to offer. The apartment was clean, and very spacious. Wish there were some tea towels to dry the dishes and a blanket for the pull out couch. All in all a perfect place to stay. Thank you.
Enjoyed the property very much. Really had a resort feel. The bars and restaurants had great food and the prices were reasonable for a beach area. Would recommend it to others.
The unit was the perfect size for my family of 3. They had a pack and play in the closet for my 1 year old which worked out great. You can see the ocean and the intercoastal canal & city from the balcony which makes the view great.
The condo was easily accessible parking was quick and easy beach access and work out room was great. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The view was spectacular. Communications with the property manager was instantaneous. This was our second visit and we are already planning the third! Thanks
This is a nice property but could use an update. Donât look too close in corners where dirt is obvious. Bedding was very good tho. Not much storage for an extended stay but kitchen good unless youâre doing much cooking. Lights over dining table never worked and new bulbs were ordered but were wrong size. . The elevators were a nightmare having to wait often 20 minutes. View was beautiful but too bad nobody ever cleaned the glass which obstructed the view. I was told by Vrbo that there was NO resort or parking fees. Was not happy about paying the extra 75 a day fee as we stayed 31 days. after 4 days of phone calls Vrbo decided to pay us half the cost as initial phone call was on record. They also emailed me that there were no additional fees to pay. They should have picked up entire extra fee! The heat and air did not work in this unit but they did fix it for us. Overall it was disappointing for us esp with the battle on the price after being reassured several times there would be no additional fes
great apartment, I highly recommend it, great view from the large balcony... I was there 3 years ago and there was a problem with the elevators (long waiting time) but it was fixed and everything works as it should
We had issues with the toilet which was stopped up and wouldnât flush. I contacted the property host but no one came to fix the issue. Also we were only given two wash cloths per our whole stay (one wash cloth per person) I reached out to ask for more and also for clean linen and was told weâd have to repeatedly wash the wash cloths/towels/linens ourselves as the property manager only provides two washcloths per stay. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels and were not provided with extra. During our stay we could hear everything going on in the condo around us, baby crying, people talking loudly, doors slamming etc. We also got locked out of the condo due to the battery going dead on the door. We had to wait 33 minutes before security came up to change it. The view is not full beach view, itâs partial beach, partially city, partial ocean where the boats dock. Overall this has not been a pleasant experience due to all the issues. I wouldnât recommend nor would I book this unit again.
The unit had plenty of space and a lovely view. Kitchen worked well, although it could use more pots/pans if you plan on cooking meals there over a longer stay.
Some reviews have complained about the elevators, but only once did we have a long wait around 10:30 in the morning.
The beach was very crowded but that was to be expected around spring break time. The pool area was nice, but was also crowded on a nice day and it could be hard to find a spot.
The building seemed pretty secure. You need your key to access elevators and you have to scan your key to get to your floor. Valet parking wasn't as big of a pain as I thought it might be. They give you a card with a QR code, and you text them 15 minutes before you need the car.
There are very few stores or restaurants nearby off of A1A, besides those in the the hotels, but there are plenty a couple miles away.
Overall, we enjoyed the place and would book it again.
