Cute apartment, nicely decorated but both bathroom showers smelled like mold and had mold at the bottom. (I have pictures and it's pretty off putting). Also, if you book them, be mindful that they don't provide daily cleaning service, fresh new towels or toiletries. Those are all available for extra charges. We didn't mind cleaning after ourselves, but keep that in mind.
They advertise that there's a drip coffee machine... there was none. They did have a Nespresso machine on the property, but it was clogged and though we asked a couple times to have it swapped or descaled they did nothing.
Upon arrival we noticed the floors were dirty and asked them to have them properly cleaned, and they did next day.
Though, what made our experience bad was the staffers constantly demanding us to let a crew come change some furniture, that they apparently scheduled during our stay which is unacceptable. We paid for our stay, and we didn't want to be bothered. If the owners want to refurbish or do maintenance - then please do so when not rented to guests.
When we declined to accept that during our stay, they started bothering us via text messages for the next 3 days, to the point it felt like being harassed. Even one of the managers demanded that from us and honestly it felt inappropriate and unprofessional.
The checkout process was easy and they provided exact instructions, which we followed.
All in all, underwhelming and definitely not stellar as advertised.
