The host did not listen to what I was telling her what was wrong. First everything in this condo was cheap. When we arrived the refrigerator and freezer were not working. I bought ice as we had already gone grocery shopping. After 2 days the owner had a new refrigerator brought in. Unfortunately, after it was brought in you could not open the dishwasher in order to put plates in. It didn't matter in the end as the dishwasher was not working either. It would run for 8 minutes and then state it was clean. There was lots of soap at the bottom. I brought it to the owners attention and she said it worked. Not sure why I even communicated with her. The washing machine only worked on heavy soil otherwise no water would go in and the clothes were blue from the laundry soap. Once I figured out to put it on heavy it was fine but took 2 1/2 hours to clean. There were no towel racks to hang your bath towels on so we were draping them over the doors. The owner said to put them in the dryer but I am not interested in sharing my bath towels with others. The VRBO needs a big make over and I would suggest to not have it as a top place. I would never have picked this unit knowing what I know. I was very happy to leave. Thank God I have not ever had this experience with VRBO before or I would never use VRBO.

Die Wohnung ist toll und unser Aufenthalt dadurch auch. Die Hinweise des Vermieters zum Parken und zum Zugang zur Wohnung gab es bereits vor der Anreise. Die Wohnung war sauber und noch besser als auf den Fotos beschrieben. Das Sofa fĂŒr die fĂŒnfte Person ließ sich leicht umbauen und das Bettzeug befand sich im Schrank eines Schlafzimmers. Sehr schöne HandtĂŒcher, BadehandtĂŒcher, Duschbad und Schampoo, Waschmittel, und SpĂŒlmittel waren sogar da. Auch vier StrandstĂŒhle ( 2 sind leider schon sehr rostig) und ein Sonnenschirm waren vorhanden. Es gibt drei Balkone. Zwei zur Straße mit Blick zum Atlantik und einen nach hinten raus. Die Betten sind bequem. Die KĂŒche ist mit GeschirrspĂŒler, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine sehr gut ausgestattet. Besteck ist mehr als genug vorhanden. Der KĂŒhlschrank ist riesig, leider funktioniert das große Gefrierfach nicht. Die zwei BĂ€der sind sehr schön, besonders die Duschen. Der Griff zum SpĂŒlen fĂŒr die eine Toilette ist sehr wacklig und man hat etwas Angst, dass er abfĂ€llt. Der Pool auf dem Dach war einfach toll. Er war sehr sauber. StĂŒhle und liegen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Etwas Schatten findet man auch. Die Aussicht ist toll. Man sieht den Atlantik und den Ocean Drive. Wir waren fast immer allein dort. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, besonders aufgrund der sehr schönen Wohnung.

Das Appartement hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es ist sehr gerĂ€umig und gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight ist die Lage , direkt am Ocean Drive jedoch nicht zu zentral sondern ein bisschen sĂŒdlich vom ganz großen Trubel.Einmal ĂŒber die Straße und man ist direkt am Strand, das war perfekt fĂŒr uns.Sehr zu empfehlen .

The place is a perfect location. Kitchen was lacking a bit of utensils and maybe some salt and pepper is always nice to have. Overall it’s a 4 min walk to the beach and right down from all the restaurants off ocean drive you can spend a couple days just walking up and down and really enjoy your time! Exploring Miami

This condo has everything we wanted. It has 2 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony that was perfect for sitting and relaxing. The place was very clean and well stocked with towels. Everywhere we wanted to go to was a minute walk away especially the Art Deco District, beach, coffee shops, restaurants and park We loved our time here and will definitely come back again. Shout out to our hosts for making everything seamless from communicating with me as well as making checking in/out go smoothly. This place is an 11/10.

Weeklong stay

The location is great! The place is clean but a bit bare bones with kitchen or extra amenities. Coffee or shampoo would have been a nice touch for example, but the Walgreens is across the street so we picked up things we needed easily. They did provide beach chairs and towels which was nice. Host was not super responsive but it wasn’t too problematic- the dryer ran but wouldn’t dry out clothes and the communication about fixing it could have been quicker and they could have followed up more, but just a bit inconvenient, not a deal breaker. The streets as expected are noisy at night and early morning but not too bad- I still got plenty of sleep. Didn’t have a problem with loud music. Overall happy with the stay, the balconies and location are superb for the area. Bike share is right across the street and coffeeshop is downstairs. Super convenient.

Miami Beach family birthday trip

I took my son and his wife for their birthdays (along with my wife and our adult daughter) to Miami Beach in early June. The property is as described and the check-in process was super easy (it's done with a partner next door). We got in rather late and had no issues at all. The unit is also super conveniently located at the very end of South Beach which allows for late night fun but at the same time isn't terribly noisy. The beach is a short walk and we had access to some beach chairs that made our beach trips pretty comfortable as well. Overall with all the dining, beach outings, harbor cruises, and everything else we had a great time!

Very clean. Roof top pool is nice; it is 3ft deep. 3 separate balconies; 2 on front side of building that provide a section of ocean view and 1 on the back side overlooking the streets/buildings. Would stay there again.
