Spacious 3rd floor unit right in the Art Deco district. Photos don’t do this unit justice. Lighter and brighter than photos show. Quality furnishings, washer and dryer. Good quality plates and cutlery.View of the beach from the balcony. Air conditioning worked quietly and efficiently.Good washing machine and separate dryer. One block walk to buses.Over the road from the beach. Rooftop pool is shallow - only 3 feet deep. Pool needs some maintenance but does the job for getting wet and cool. Would stay here again. Responsive hosts. Highly recommend this property.

Great apartment

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful apartment. The location is truly perfect for many activities, including Ocean Drive, the beach, and shopping. The landlord was very responsive, and questions were always answered. We would be happy to come back.

Super Ferienwohnung in Miami Beach

Super Wohnung, genau wie angegeben. Alles sauber und gut ausgestattet. Schöner Pool auf dem Dach. Insbesondere die zentrale Lage war einfach nur perfekt. Gastronomie und co. alles fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen.

Perfect Location!!!

Amazing location, easy check in and super convenient parking right next door at $25 a night with unlimited in and out which is unheard of in the south beach area. Everything was exactly as described and pictured!! We didn’t have a single complaint about anything, Reza and Silvia promptly answered a few questions before hand. We have been staying at the Marriott Stanton for the last 5 years and now will be making this condo unit our 1st choice for future bookings. Everything thing was perfect!!!! Thank you Silvia & Reza!!

Great place, amazing location

This apartment perfectly suited our needs for a two week working vacation. The check in process is swift and the hotel managers are attentive and efficient. The location is unbeatable. To the left you’ll find all the nightlife and shenanigans typical of South Beach. To the right you’ll find great beaches and amazing restaurants in the charming low key SoFi area. Im not sure what the windows are made of but the 5th Street noise never bothered us and we slept well.

Perfect location! The apartment is the perfect size, the pool and gym are good enough, and in minutes you have the beach, restaurants, shops, ... And the entry and exit to / from Miami is very fast! We will be back for sure!

Not too bad

The location is perfect!! Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour to even check into our room & when told we would have the option to extend our check out, that wasn’t the case. While we were out for breakfast we received a phone call that our Room was being checked out and the room service began to clean and pack our belongings while we weren’t there. Very disappointing, wish there was better communication with the host.

Would definitely come back

The room was nice and it was in a great location. The pool is small but nice and there were plenty of towels and a washer and dryer so that we could do laundry. The only issue was the door in the living room wouldn’t open but there are two balconies so it didn’t really bother us. The front desk people were very nice and knowledgeable as well. Overall it was a fantastic stay.

We loved this place as it's really in the middle of everything. Perfect location. Condo is amazing and it was equipment with everything you need. We only a few issues but we didn't contact the manager because we were on vacation ans it honestly mean anything other than the security of the front door. First off thr place is awesome it was plenty of room for us to be in here comfortably. The toilet was kinda acting funny but we realized you have to hold the lever down until the toilet drains completely. It might be a good idea to have some type of binder with directions to open the doors to the balconies. Instructions to operate the tv and etc. The smaller of the sofa beds in the living the left leg on the back side kept snapping and dropping and imagine it happening while you sleep

Great spot

The Aparrment was very clean and nicely stocked and furnished. It’s right on ocean drive so we were in the middle of the action. It was a very smooth check in and actually was able to extend my stay few days due to snow back home. Roof top pool was ideal for days you didn’t feel like dealing with sand.
