The room was okay,..wish we could have opened he windows which were totally shut...we went to the 7th floor to dine at the Vienna restaurant, but frankly, it looked like a high school gym with too much light and air conditioning that was so cold we left to have dinner downstairs at Margaritaville which seemed convivial enough. For future visitors to the hotel, unless the restaurant changes into an enjoyable, warm atmosphere, finer dining establishment, I would definitely find another place to eat.

Room was dirty, stained carpets, windows obscured by shutters that could not be opened as bed wedged against them. One exception (at one end) bit when shutter was open the window behind was so dirty and cracked, you couldn’t see out! Shower room unclean. Awful experience considering we paid one night £214 ( without breakfast )

Reviews say 4 Star, but this is a 2-3 star max! Tiny room, horrible shower and bathroom. Check in was easy. Hotel is literally in the airport, so that's nice. If you are walking through the concourse though, not 1 sign alerting you to how to find the check in desk and it is not easy to get to at all. If you have to stay here, do so, but if you can stay anywhere else, it would be advisable!

Very convenient. Clean. Served its purpose. Right outside gate number 10. You don’t even need to leave the airport. Plenty of shopping and food nearby. If you need to go outside, you can take an Uber that picks you up right outside the door very very convenient.
