Family Spring Break Vacation

We loved our recent stay. The condo was beautiful and the location was exactly what we were looking for. If you are looking for the Miami party scene this is not the place for you - which is what we wanted. The pools and beach were great and we would love to come back.

Miami Beach getaway

We needed to escape the cold, and this was the perfect solution. The condo is well equipped, and suited our family wonderfully. We got some things from the Publix not far away and enjoyed walking the Strand in the morning! The pools are great- it was windy so didn’t spend much beach time. Would definitely return!

Would get a 5 star. But a few things were annoying - the HVAC was on the side of the balcony - super noisy so we could not go on the balcony. Very responsive management.

Family vacation

We have enjoyed this modern and very clean apartment a lot . Beds were comfortable , bathrooms had plenty of towels , the ocean view balcony was furnished with sofa and armchairs , kitchen had everything we needed for our family breakfasts . We would definitely come back .

Great visit

Great apartment, nice views, great pools and beach access at location. Didn't cook, but fridge was wonderful to have, and washer / dryer were quick and efficient. Happy to have all 3 rooms and 2 baths. Very clean and well stocked.

Nice and clean

The place was nice and clean. The checkin process was easy. The front desk people were not friendly at all since we were booked with a private company. However the property was nice and had a nice pool and beach. The property managers were very hard to find. I could only talk to Even the first day to request an extra sheets and blankets, which he had sent promptly. However nobody called me back for the rest of our stay there despite multiple phone calls and voice messages that I had left. Which was very annoying because the hotel staff were not helpful at all either, since we were not the guest of the hotel.

Perfect getaway

This was a perfect family getaway! The apartment was clean, quiet and convenient to pool and beach. And for spring break season, it really wasn't crowded. Beautiful views and breeze from the deck, too. Only suggestion -- an icemaker or better and more plentiful ice trays, and maybe some games or deck of cards for rainy days. Thanks for a great week!

Nice place, owner very reponsive

My family and my sister's family stayed for a week. There was a total of 8 people, including our husbands and children. Our kids range from 10 years old to 15 years old. The owner Mark was attentive and easy to reach. The rooms were nice and they each had a tv, which was great for the kids. Overall our stay was great. A couple things I would mention is that technically there is only sleeping room for 6, unless you want to sleep on a fold away bed and the couch...which thankfully our kids didn't mind. There wasn't any ventilation in either bathroom, which made 8 showers very hot and steamy.

Fantastic unit with great views

Unit was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Great location, building and fantastic ocean views. I highly recommend for families or groups and would stay again. Owner/ manager was also very accommodating when our flight was delayed and we needed to extend our stay.

Met Expectations

We went in the off-season, so I'm not sure if the place is different in the code months. Everything that we saw on the posting was accurate. The cost to keep a vehicle didn't seem to bad, so that was good. We had an early morning each day of our trip and the cafe was always very helpful and quick. Very happy that the view was what we were expecting, I've been disappointed too often in years past.

Gorgeous room in awful complex

The room was lovely. Only complaints were the gouging apartment complex. Security on the entrance to the pool not allowing guests to "walk via the pool" (shortest route) to the beach "with a cooler" thus having to walk outside to the main road and around the hotel is disgusting. All because they were worried you would stop at the pool instead and not buy drinks from their overpriced (gouging) bar - $23 for a margarita ???? The gym was awful, only two machines worked. $150 to park the car (gouging again) Lovely apartment though.
