I have so much I could say about the lack of respect these people have for their paying customers but I will try to keep this as short as possible. Communication sucks, as in they arenât great with answering calls(we met others with this problem while waiting in the lobby for hours), text when they want and they have this horrible game of telephone with their workers. I truly donât know where the breakdown in communication was, but as a paying customer from out of town, that was the least of my concern. I just wanted them to get it right. We missed time with family and friends from all over the country because they literally told me Kat would be down to speak with us in a few minutes. Almost 2 hours later kat strolls out the elevator barely muttering the words âIâm sorryâ audibly from her lips and like a run on sentence proceeds to ask me how are we going to pay the rest of the fee whilst holding out her hand for me to shake. I politely declined her handshake. Also to add, they do payment a different way than Vrbo that Iâve never experienced before, where they wanted you to go on this website and pay the rest because they took 30% upfront and then 70% after arrival. After being there for hrs waiting on kat to come and speak with us because we needed to know whether we needed to make different arrangements because I did not have the physical card present, which was a part of the requirement. *I cannot post the rest bc of limitations. Iâll try though bc it gets more interesting
