Me and my family stayed here for about eight days flying from Houston Texas the day we got there we were unaware that we had to pay a $300 security deposit that was never put back onto my account after checking out not that it’s a problem, but we also wasnt aware that the rooms was not gonna look exactly like how it looked online we was replaced in about three different the first one was so horrible and dirty. We reported it, and they instantly moved us to another room inside the same building. The second room was even worse. It had bugs everywhere stains everywhere. The showerhead was not working. We even slept in the car my grandma is very sick and was injected out of a convertible. Her body instantly swelled up. We was not offered anything by the third night. They moved us to a better unit, but even that unit wasn’t what we was hoping for, but we didn’t wanna complain anymore so we just took it. please be mindful and be aware to read reviews before booking any reservations.

My stay was horrible for starters therewas a pest issue in the kitchenette area. The tub did not work properly. The bathroom was not clean and the floors were not swept fridge was still dirty

Upon entering my husband and I were impressed. Then we noticed the details. Broken accessories, peeling veneers, doors that would not close, a clogged sink, a sink that trickled out water, pubic hair in the tub, and a struggling air conditioning that did not cool down. First night, the people in the next room were smoking pot and cigarettes which filled up our room with smoke. Add to that screaming, slamming doors at least two dozen times and vomit on the floor in front of our shared doorway. The phone in the room in the room to call the desk did not work. The carpets were so dirty our feet turned black. You would not be able to tell that unless you were walking on it. That was really unsettling. Second night a family out the door in the parking lot was blasting speakers in their truck while cheering/dancing. None of the people, either in the room next to us, or in the truck spoke any English. With limited Spanish, I couldn't say anything to calm the situation. I went to talk to a manager but no one was on duty. It wasn't until we checked out that the reception told me the phones were updated and no longer work. It was just a bad weekend that, after work, and a long drive down, we were hoping to relax and enjoy. After I finally was able to tell the staff my issues they compted one night of the $30 a night 'clean up fee'. We were wondering why there was no housekeeping. The only benefit was the location.
