Room was not clean. When walking on the bedroom carpet barefoot for just a few minutes feet were dirty from lack of cleaned carpet. Dishes and silverware in cabinets were dirty. Smoke detector in entry hall was beeping all night due to a dead battery.

Overall property is great, not your traditional Hotel type. Area across the street is Doral City place tons of shopping and restaurants and walking distance from the hotel. Parking in that area is a pain in the neck so you were better to leave your car at the hotel and walk across the street

This was the most terrible stay at a hotel we have ever had. Aside from the condition of the room, the washing machine was not connected to an outlet valve- soapy water poured into the room and flooded the tile floor. I fell hard as a result. The manager was notified and never checked to see if I was okay. I have been reaching out via email for weeks, only to get the run around - the hotel room was unsafe- the communication with the hotel was just the worst- please don't stay here if you care about safety or customer service
