I stayed her on the 3rd December. It was unpleasant. I put the details under the wrong dates. My return dates on 8th and 9th were much better. The room was better and the staff less rude, but I would not stay here again, or recommend it.

I had made arrangements prior to my arrival for a ground floor room. Not only was I not put in a ground floor room, the staff at the desk was very rude and dismissive of my being disappointed. The room they put me in was not clean and had a bad odor. I was treated like I was a nuisance, instead of as a guest.

The room was absolutely disgusting, the floor was filthy and hasn’t been mopped in weeks, we’ve used rags to try and clean it ourselves just so we could walk around, mind you we only once made the mistake of taking of shoes off. Breakfast terrible just gross wet scrambled eggs, some bread for toast, fruit and as well as some other random stuff not bacon or sausage avd the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. This place was more like a cheap motel than an actual hotel, best advice I could give is stay away

No No No No Don’t Fall For pictures. This place is worse place I ever been. It’s very Nasty.. nail clipping everywhere in table and bathtub is broken Also very dirty and hygiene is very bad.. people are very rude and whenever I asked questions they are laughing instead of answering. And please don’t even think about shuttles ppl have to stand way to airport. It’s 15 ppl seat but he put 20+ people. Guys don’t get scam like us. It’s not like Picture.

The room was very old and outdated, paint peeling from the walls, weird brown stains on the ceiling, the TV only offered 6 channels which consisted of news and a Taiwan channel there was no offering of just plain old tv shows and movies. The pillows were all lumpy and the beds were hard and the bathroom don’t get me started on the bathroom. It was filthy and there was mold in the shower area. The price for this room for one night was almost $200 but gave the “leave the light on” vibe from the first interaction checking in all the way to the room. This place is trash and very ghetto.

Rooms are tinny. Staff service is really bad, always in a bad mood. Cleanliness very poor, not making our room and not providing towels when needed. Breakfast is also bad and same options every day. Wifi is terrible, only working atbthe lobby. Only good thing is that location is convenient for shopping and near to other places. Won't come back.

You get what you paid for. I think I paid $59 a night so was about what I expected. Clean enough to feel comfortable sleeping/showering without questioning who had been there before. They could use some cosmetic work but again nothing major and for the price I really can’t complain. Breakfast was well rounded and again about what you’d expect for a hotel breakfast. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
