I strongly recommend that you stay as far away from Roami Astor Hotel Miami Beach as possible. It was an absolute "HORROR HOUSE" . This Hotel is a Old flirty dirty building in need of pressure cleaning. There was barely any lighting surrounding this place and no security present with weird people hanging around outside. We were absolutely terrified for our safety. The hotel provided a code to access the building upon our arrival which did not work leaving us stuck outside in the rain for over several minutes on the phone with hotel representative staff giving us numberous code to gain access which failed. Due to someone exiting from hotel is how we were able to enter the premises while still on the phone with hotel staff. We advised that someone leaving out the hotel allowed us to be able to gain access. But we still not a working code to bring our luggage. Once inside there were no desk attendant or security personnel but enter into a very dirty gloomy lobby Aesthetics. This was an utterly disappointment. We booked this hotel due to the description and photos displayed of a historical charm and pet friendly via website. But that was also a earlier previous disappointment before our flight pets were not allowed. We had to rebook flight to find last-minute sitter for pet causing more fees. Finally once inside our hotel room the furniture sofa, chair, lamp shade, furniture dirty &more etc. The shower water was lukewarm & a/c flow awful. Had to find new Hotel after no help
