Pictures online make the hotel seem in better condition than in reality. It is an old hotel that has been haphazardly refurbished. For example, only AC worked in the room, not heat, and mirror was not centered to the sink. Seems a high price to pay for 1) no refrigerator 2) no cleaning service until the 3rd night. The walls were very thin and neighbors very loud. The ice machine was not working, not well-stocked with toilet paper. The staff were fine and helpful, just not a good location.

No breakfast available at the hotel. Only coffee with artificial creamer, no milk. Had to pay extra for parking. Key card did not work and had to be reauthorized each day of stay. I stayed 3 days so this was inconvienient

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff greeted me rudely—a very ill-mannered young man and woman—and gave me the worst room, without a microwave or refrigerator. They seemed unenthusiastic and took over an hour to give me my room. The next day I complained, and a very kind woman moved me to a room with a refrigerator and microwave, but the iron leaked a brown liquid and ruined my $100 shirt. It's now unusable, and I didn't want to complain because all I wanted was to run away. It was disgusting; everything was old and run-down. They only served coffee and tea, and the coffee was the worst I've had in years—a real rip-off. I wouldn't go back even if it were free.

The Room was barely a “functioning room”, the desk, toilet, tv stand were falling apart and had excessive wear and tear or were just disintegrating. The safe was not working the provided microwave was on the floor.
