The check in was was horrible checked in to room that had leak and was water all over the floor. Had to wait for the following day to get that fixed. The view was beautiful. Just didn't like the experience of arriving to room full of water all over the floor

There are renovations at the lobby with a ton of construction going on which isn’t listed. The line at 3pm for check in is an hour wait I messaged the hotel that I would like to check in at 1 at set up 1pm check in through their online registration system. Nobody ever said that we couldn’t and it said this was confirmed through the website. I got up to the room at 1:10 and the people from the previous night were still in the room. When I walked downstairs to find out what was going on I was informed that the precheck in page doesn’t matter. It would’ve been nice if they would’ve said that. Eventually we never checked it we just went to a different hotel. I requested a refund but never heard back from them which is on par with everything else. DO NOT STAY HERE!

My stay at this apartment was very disappointing. There was no Wi-Fi code provided, and trying to contact the front desk or apartment owners was almost impossible because no one responded. The apartment looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. The entire place had an unpleasant mold-like smell and was not clean or sanitary. The property seriously needs remodeling and upgrades. Even the bicycles provided were broken and unusable. The amenities downstairs, especially the sauna area, also need major improvements because they did not feel clean or sanitary enough for guests to comfortably use. Overall, the property was poorly maintained and not worth the stay. I would not recommend staying here until major upgrades and better management communication are made.
