The room we were initially assigned was not clean, and there was significant noise around the building due to construction. We requested a room change and were moved to another room, which was better but still did not meet our expectations. We then asked to be relocated to a room with a different view, farther from the construction area; however, this request was not accepted.

Front desk guy was very rude and mean. Not feeling any welcoming at this place. Room was clean but feels cold and plain in design. Was okay for a quick night for watching Miami Heat game. Too much hassle to read instructions to park, check in all that, not going back in the future

Room was nice but it was noisy, as it was immediately across from the Metromover. This also made sitting out on the deck unpleasant. It was our first visit to Miami and we were looking forward to sitting outside and looking at the beautiful bay and city which we were unable to do. Hot tub also wasn't working which was disappointing. It's in a great location but we would not return unless we could be guaranteed a room with a view.

some man tried to take me. had to run down 5 flights of stairs screaming for my life and he followed me all the way to the lobby and fled before police got there. have never been so scared and in fear of my life. I was told by a staff member to not make a scene because his wife was there. that was a lie because he had checked in alone and there was no wife. There are definitely more people involved than just the man that tried to take me

Happy with my two bedroom rental. The only issue, is that there is no tv service. If you don’t have your own accounts, Netflix, Samsung etc. there is no tv.

Stay was great but for a couple of annoyances. We could have used more than 1 packet of regular coffee over 2 days stay. And the flush in one of the bathrooms was getting stuck but eventually worked with some jiggling around.
