Construction starts at 6am and lasts all day. It’s 30feet from the window so impossible to ignore no matter how deep you sleep. Bright super duty lights from the construction site beaming directly into windows. The staff is not professional, they will never answer the phone. When you ask them in person at the counter, they will lie and say "they tried calling and texting you and you never answered". Absolute lies. And if you're not in town (before or after your reservation) you will never get them on the phone. They make sneak charges on your card and there is no one you can call about it, not at the hotel level and not on a corporate or higher level. To summarize, terrible noise, ambience, and even worse staff. Worst hotel experience I’ve had in the last few years

I stayed at this property recently and was really disappointed. The room looked nice at first, but the floors were extremely dirty after a few minutes barefoot, the bottoms of my feet were completely black. Even after reporting it, the cleaning was done with dirty water and didn’t fix the problem. I also found hairpins from a previous guest in the shower that were never removed despite multiple requests. Customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. The front desk gave incorrect information that forced me to leave my deposit in cash, and the manager’s response to my concerns was not helpful. Housekeeping throughout the week was below standard, with staff even placing our outside shoes on the couch. The room was also missing basics like a full-length mirror, proper lighting, and decent trash cans — I had to buy my own. I truly wanted to enjoy my stay, but the lack of cleanliness, attention to detail, and professionalism made it frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

The room iwas ok, except the floors . They were dirty. You couldnt see dirt until you walked barefoot. After 10 minutes of having my shoes off, the bottom of my feet were filthy. The room also doesn't have a port to charge your phone. Also, no phone at all in the

Firstly hotel is in a very safe location with good shopping on the doorstep a train station and you can walk to Bayfront Park. Room was clean and spacious and staff are friendly, courteous and professional. BUT What the listing doesn’t show is that the hotel is in the middle of a building site. Opposite the work begins at 5.30 in the morning! Consequently the rooftop terrace is closed and we were told the swimming pool was too. So that was two selling points for the hotel gone then. We also had no ice machine on our floor. There is nothing about this on the website and I just feel misled. Had we known what to expect we would not have booked here we probably should be given a part refund. It is a shame because this could be a lovely hotel when the area is devoid of construction in a few years.

The rooms (we stayed 2 nights separated by a week) were very clean. The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and welcoming. I definitely recommend this hotel. Additionally, it is very close to the Port of Miami and the front desk (which is 24/7) will call and arrange a trusted driver to get you there safely and on time!
