They set a gold standard for hospitality and created a truly delightful experience. One of the highlights was Juan, Director of Front Office. His commitment to making guests feel valued is truly memorable. Every special request was handled promptly and with great respect. He displayed remarkable knowledge and enthusiasm, ensuring every detail of my plans was well-coordinated. Overall, I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking impeccable service and a welcoming atmosphere!

Likes: beachside cabanas with excellent food service, beautiful restaurant spot overlooking water, room with separate kitchenette and living room quarters. Easy to walk to water, bottomless mimosas and avocado bagels with eggs and locks. Dislikes: parking fees 40, resort fees (60?) far to S. Beach, not many good restaurants within walking distance, small size of hotel lobby and accommodations, shower was inside bathtub area with handle for turning on water right under the spout.

Excellent Beach access, food was decent and safe choice. beach service was fast and the attendants were excellent. For getting around Miami, the location is a bit difficult - you will need to use a car service or have a car to get around.

The staff really went above and beyond to be at service. Upon arrival, Juan was amazing accommodating us and really being very personable. At the beach, the guys were friendly and attentive. John Ray and Mark went above and beyond to find our desire spots and ensuring we had al we needed. The staff really made the place !! The poolside bar is another plus!! The food is pretty good! We will definitely go back !!

Wonderful location, spacious condo, beach staff were very pleasant and helpful (Ray in particular). Great customer service, we had 2 issues with the condo and the engineers were sent promptly to fix the problems. Front desk on check-in could have been more helpful. No mention of restaurant, gym or any hotel features.
