the room and elevator was fairly dirty. Looks like someone before us had a pet in the room, so I got strong allergy reaction from it. They moved us in another room that had only one bed and a couch, the couch mattress was so bad that I was not able to sleep on. The price was high for such a hotel

The room was decent overall, though the bathrooms would benefit from an overhaul and closer attention to cleanliness. Elevator wait times were lengthy, and the front desk experience could be warmer and more welcoming. Additionally, the entrance and valet area lack curb appeal and would benefit from an aesthetic update to create a more inviting first impression.
