Management and maintenance- had to chance 4 rooms in 3 days, broken sink, broken air conditioner, broken toilet siphon

Expedia sells private unit - description includes beach & pool but hotel charges extra for beach access - no detail on website !
The room was basic but clean and suited for a family of 4.
Resort was nice easy access to the beach and pools.
Beach chairs: first come first serve policy not followed by the beach employees. A lot of favoritism in reserving chairs. It creates unnecessary tensions.

It was terrible service! The host did not reply to any email or answer phone calls. We had no fresh towels, wash rags, or cleaning service throughout the entire stay!
We were informed upon arrival there would be an additional daily fee of 135 plus tax that was not disclosed.The listing stated there were no additional fees.This property seems to be known to the front desk staff as a problem unit.We attempted to contact the owner but got no reply.The room is in poor shape. The plumbing has problems. The toilet barely flushes. There is a sign over toilet stating not to flush toilet paper. Not very hygienic. Also there are no extra trash bags for the trash can next to the toilet.The toilet seat was broken.The HVAC filters have not been changed in a very long time.There is black mold in the shower and sink.Several light fixtures were broken and inoperable.Some of the doors and drawers do not close.The kitchen cabinets are labelled with do not open stickers.There appears to be blood on one of the pillows.There was a prescription pill left in the bathroom.Parking cost is 60, we were told 50.We have photos documenting all of this.It is obvious the owner doesn't care about the condition of this property.Overall a very poor experience.
