Definitely a nice clean hotel, I did have a problem with check-in due to their change in a computer program, it didn’t recognize my reservation from Hotels.com. Great food and super nice staff. Would come back here again.

Staff were really welcoming friendly and remembered us each time we went to the front. Loved the AC in the room! Pool was cute but it did get hot but that is because of the sun. Only critic is the wait for the car sometimes was long, our TV didn’t share screen bc new system didn’t work and our hotel phone was offline. If I go back to Miami, I’d stay there again though, perfect spot, not right by all the loud excitement so we had peace and quiet but close enough to walk to excitement.

Fantastic stay for birthday trip!

The Balfour Hotel was the perfect oasis for my 30th birthday celebration. I booked several queen double rooms and was very pleased by the spaciousness, cleanliness, and comfort! The bathrooms were a little tight for a group of 4 per room, but it was manageable and we had more than enough towels. I especially appreciated the beach towel, chair, and umbrella services! All the staff were great and made us feel welcome. The location is awesome!

Very close to the beach, sunbeds included in the price of the room. Very expensive parking close to the hotel. No noise from a street. the staff was horrible. We paid for breakfast but no one told us that it included only a toast and fruits - they agree to change it to salad once - they still owe us money for breakfast. They just lied - otherwise it would be great hotel.
