Very deceiving and not responsive to bad behavior

Nice hotel with a great view. Close to the bay area. However some advice would be to check your bill. They will tax and fee you to death including a resort fee so the rooms cost a lot more than advertised. Secondly, don't charge anything to your room. I had to go through everything with them regarding all of the charges and it would have been easier to just use my card. The incidentals are a bit high and I am still waiting for reimbursement. The other issue was during my first night, I had very loud neighbors who seemed to have a lot of stereo equipment. I called the desk twice but nothing happened. I was up until 4 when they finally stopped. I asked to change rooms which they did so the second night went better, but this basically ruined my short vacation since I was going on no sleep for a whole day. I would check around for other hotels in the area first. I'm not sure what kind of place they are trying to create, it doesn't seem family friendly.

Beautiful Miami

It was a beautiful all immersive experience that allowed for a beautiful downtown Miami view. Very comfortable atmosphere with many amazing features.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay besides there being stains on the sheets upon arrival. The staff was attentive and resolved the issue quickly. We were able to walk pretty much to a lot of places to do things. Bayside was walking distance, there was a place for breakfast on the corner and a pizza place as well. This location is perfect just very nosey being off of the highway. We heard a lot of car incidents.

Just left from this hotel for my birthday trip! Booked a city view room & the view didn’t disappoint! Friendly staff & amazing valet service! The room was good, the hot was out on one of the shower head & one of the lights in the room wasn’t working however wasn’t a big deal at all. Loved this hotel
