The security person with a beard had a retched odor from his body . Smelled like he wasnt cleaning his uniform. When i came off the elevators, his odor was next to the coffee stand. Thats where he paced back n forth.

Airport shuttle was nice and convenient to track on the app. Check in was fast and the lobby was bright and modern. We enjoyed the Pilot House for dinner and drinks, very yummy! The room was nice and modern, however, the AC unit was very loud, the towels were worn and the blow dryer was old. The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely.

Only one shuttle per hour, would not recommend this as an option. Hard to see many other busses passing while you wait. Staff was overall rude allowing other customers who spoke Spanish to cut in front of us. Room was nice but it was the worst hospitality I have experienced at a hotel
