I love the self check in we got to the hotel before check-in after getting off our ship we were going to sit in the lobby until check in time the staff ended up letting us check in early at no extra cost I really appreciated that! It was very close to Bayside market place and the Miami port I would absolutely stay here again!

Property did not keep my reservation for a larger room and did not refund the difference for the standard room they provided. They did waive the city fee but that did not equal the difference. Walls were kinda thin and we had some loud neighbors who made sleep difficult. Front desk staff was not helpful. Otherwise the place was nice and aesthetically pleasing. Cannot speak for the food, did not eat there, was conveniently located to many places in the city.
