This resort was amazing. It’s a bit of a drive from PUJ but well worth is. We rented a car and drove ourselves. It was a very easy drive and I highly recommend doing it that way. Much nicer than being packed into a shuttle bus with a ton of people IMO. The restaurants at the resort were very good. Room service came 2x per day, all the staff was super friendly and helpful. Most of them spoke English pretty well too so it was easy for us to get and find what we needed. 10/10 will be going back

Everything was perfect! We stayed for 3 days, it was perfect for a quick getaway. Keep in mind it’s about 90 minutes away from the airport so be sure to book transportation services, the resort itself does not provide it but Amstar is on the property. You have access to Secrets as well so overall everything was amazing.

We had a great stay at Dreams overall, and the service really stood out. The staff as a whole was warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our trip. Theo, Adrianna, and Francis especially went above and beyond to meet our needs and were consistently kind and helpful. There were also several other team members who made a positive impact, even if we didn’t catch all of their names. The entertainment staff was wonderful as well—always pleasant, smiling, engaging, and creating a fun atmosphere for guests. The food could have been better, with more variety and options available, but overall we had a very enjoyable stay and truly appreciated the excellent service from the team.

Room was not clean on arrival just bedding was changed still had old room service dishes inside. For being a fairly new property it was in very poor shape. Railings broken, lights broken, and paint peeling in general areas. This is the 5th dreams location I’ve been to and the only one I would never recommend. Was not very busy while we were there and service was still just ok not good or fast. Buffet very small and not a lot of variety. Pool was good and clean and beach was very nice, lots of waves but still spots you can swim easily
