Checking in was terrible. We were given a room that someone else was in. Then we were told that we didn't have a reservation even though we showed them our itinerary. After about half an hour they said we had a room in the old tower after being checked in to the newer one. No apologies from anyone

Just say no! Take a pass on this “resort”

Have never, ever stayed in a hotel that did not have housekeeping service! Shocking to return to room and see unmade beds, trash not emptied, bathroom not cleaned etc. Yuck. If they can’t even provide basic services, why would anyone want to stay there? Noisy A/C. Overpriced restaurants. Paid $8 for one hot dog. No fries. We asked for two rooms, one with 2 beds and handicap accessible. They gave us a king bed. Not helpful fot my niece and mom. Only went so my 88 year old mom could gamble. Never again.
