3-4 bdrm, sleeps 7 isolation near quiet beach

This is a great apartment VERY close to First Beach (Easton's beach) as well as neighborhood shops and restaurants. Sleeps 8. It is a 3-4 bedroom, 2 bdrms with queen beds and an additional room split in 2 with 2 double bed. 2 full bathrooms. Separate parking and entrance from the upstairs unit. Linens and beach towels available on request.

Our rental is only a 1 minute walk to First beach, a walk to the Cliff Walk and various restaurants and a VERY short drive to downtown Newport and the Newport Mansions.

Our tenants are required to sign a lease which is emailed to them separately. The "cleaning" fee includes both cleaning and linens for all beds. There are 3 parking spots for this rental.

We do not appreciate parties or large gathering. We require notification of there will be more than the 7 person maximum in the property.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Easton Pond. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. The apartment offers a kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Nice place. Easy access to 1st Beach and surrounding area. Great value. Awesome extras like beach chairs and boogie boards.

Perfect Home and Location

Dustin and Lauren’s home was extremely clean and beautiful. The neighborhood was great and convenient to small shops. We were able to easily walk (3-4 mins) to Easton’s Beach and took advantage of the 4 new beach chairs, laundry facilities and gas grill provided ! Dustin and Lauren were very accommodating and communication with them was great! We had a wonderful trip!
