Multiple concerns, outlet cover was broken, stained curtains and poor fitting toilet seat. Elevators were broken majority of the time which was unfortunate due to us being on the 3rd floor.

The property was clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large. The pool was a decent size but freezing! Only complaint I have is that it took a little while for the water to get hot in the shower.

Everything was nice except when we went to use the pool smelled high of chlorine and nobody was in there when cleaning hose was in it. Supposed to be open and it was a mess

I wouldn’t stay here if this place paid me to

Couch had gross stains on it and it looked like it hadn’t been clean in forever. Restaurant was repulsive and it took forever to get our drinks and meals. One was forgotten and it made us sick. I won’t be staying here with my family again.

One of the elevator kept getting stock in the first floor. The hotel seemed not too concerned at all. We Complained about a leak in the bathroom, finally someone came to find out what was happening as we were getting ready to checkout. The Keurig coffee machine in the room was broken, I called for a replacement and they never followed through.

The hotel was very clean, but the breakfast they offer in the price they want it was so basic. It was a basic free buffet they were charging for the elevators were scary. They made the craziest noise. I thought every time I got on it I was gonna get stuck. The facility was OK but half of the doors were broken. I will stay there again, but I think they charged too much.

My stay was great overall except to check out no one was around and the online checkout wasn’t working. The cleaning staff is decent but key things are missing when tidying up a room, vacuuming, ensuring a fresh smell and making sure they grab all the dirty linens. The pool didn’t look clean even though I was eager to swim, there needs to be something to wipe off the workout equipment.

You Get What You Pay For.

You get what you pay for. It was reasonably priced and I only needed to sleep and shower for a concert. I didn’t need a lavish room, however they need to address the chipped paint, molded lamp shade, and stained grout in bathroom. They had a plus, clean sheets and dove products, overall room smelled stale and like cigarettes.
