Central Toulouse Hotel.

Hotel is well situated close to bars & restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable Shame about peeling wallpaper which let the room down slightly. Soap In shower was not topped up when empty. But overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying In Toulouse.

Room was fine. Reflects North American standards. Excellent location. Decor could be updated but this is no biggie. Large bathroom which was welcome after Paris sized hotel rooms. The only draw back was the king size bed. The mattress needs to be changed I was travelling solo which allowed me to sleep in the middle of the bed and get proper support. Sitting on the edge of both sides the mattress went from 8” to about 4”. If you slept on the edge, you are literally sleeping on an angle. I mentioned it to the desk and the person took note of it and thanked me for mentioning it. (Good response) Friends in another room did not report this situation This is a great choice for people looking to be in the centre for the best Toulouse experience

Hard to be any closer to the centre, just off of the main square. Breakfasts were very good, though the staff fell behind servicing the coffee and juice machines, and ran out of dishes and cutlery. We had a large junior suite, with a full King size bed and extensive sitting area. But the TV was useless for anything other than live TV -- no possibility of computer connection or playing one's own content. The WiFi was good signal, but blocked remote VPN and SSH, making it difficult to do any remote work. This is unacceptable in 2025.

We stayed at The Plaza Hotel Capitole for 2 nights in early September and loved it. The location in the center of Toulouse was great. After parking our car in the Capitole Square parking lot we walked everywhere during our stay. We found the staff to be very friendly, professional, and helpful. The facilities were very clean, and comfortable. My only wish was that there were brighter "daylight" LED lights in the lamps to provide a brighter room. Note: We found that the parking ramp (1 Place du Capitole) is somewhat of a busy pedestrian challenge to get to, but following the directions given to us by the hotel staff got us there) Should we visit Toulouse again, we will stay at the Plaza Hotel Capitole again.

Did not have access to the property via car ( heavy luggage) for hours the first day due to a manifestation and the hotel did not notify us. One whole day there was not warm water and most of the da not any water and the hotel staff was not truthful about the situation, but borderline rude.
