Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Horrible!!!! Don’t book!!! First, false advertising! I thought this was a tiny house community, like the pictures in the ad, but they only show those outlier units. I was put in a super small room modular conversion. Here were the issues for unit 103:
Unit too close to the road: constant traffic noise and trains all night,
Unit’s exterior light did not work, so it was difficult to see key pad,
Unit’s bathroom door didn’t lock,
Unit’s entry door did not lock automatically and I was not sure how to lock it at 6am,
Unit’s water pressure was nonexistent,
Unit’s cold shower only,
Unit’s shower rig was unraveling-totally disgusting,
Guest’s laundry room was extremely dirty,
Three of the six dryers were inoperable,
Washer had a trickle of water so clothes didn’t wash,
Puddles of water everywhere.
No desk lamp in unit, which made it difficult to work.
Cheap fold-up chair for seating,
Unit’s microwave was unclean,
Washcloth had something pink on it so when you go to wrung out the cold water the water from it was pink,
Unit’s bed was old, unloved, and crappy. Don’t even think about getting a good night sleep.
This place should be condemned!!!! Absolutely horrible living conditions.
