This cozy cottage style home offers so many amenities! Very comfortable beds! Great AC and Heat! Nice hardwood floors throughout the home, with a beautiful, custom-made decors, including hand painted headboards! The backyard is almost magical, with a nice, covered wood deck, seating for 6,under huge shade trees! Large patio for grilling and visiting under the shade tree. New indoor/outdoor grill! There is a Flagstone Breezeway adorned by potted plants and metal art. You feel soothed and rested by the comfort of the breeze, wind chimes, and the trickling sound of the water fountain close by! There is a friendly woodpecker that will chat with you at times, welcoming you to his surroundings! To the right, you will find the complete makeover transition from a storage building to a She Shed that will sleep 4. The home has 3 bedrooms but the She Shed will give you 1 more private area if needed. A lot of time and work has gone into this space, and I hope you find it magical too!The Shed Shed does have a 75.00 added fee for your entire stay if you wish to use this space. The loft has a comfortable gel queen mattress, and the living room has a fold down Futon. This space will sleep 2 to 4. Just down the street is Jaycee Park, which is walking distance, and the Lighthouse coffee cafe is just across the street. there is no need to get into your car! They have live music on the weekends as well! Just a mile down the road is the downtown Midlothian, we have lots of nice shops, and fabulous eateries! Be sure to visit the Founders Row, with a fine Seafood restaurant and several more! For night life, the Union 28, has a restaurant and outdoor music! Heavens attic is a nice resale shop, that you're sure to find something you'll want to take home!The garage is included, so you have extra parking. All Led lighting throughout the home and motion lights for nighttime passage. Located a mile to shopping in downtown Midlothian, schools, and HWY 67. The home has many amenities, including full kitchen appliances, new pots and pans, dishes, charcoal, and electric grills! Stocked bathrooms with new towels, bath gels, shampoos, conditioner, cotton, Q-tips, facial wipes, etc. The garage space will fit 2 small cars.The driveway will hold 4 vehicles. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! There is also extra folding blue cushion beds in the bedrooms that can be used in the living room, for added sleeping area!There are 2 close wedding venues, one down the street, called Bella Woods, it beautiful and they rent their venue out for many other things too! Check it out if your not pressed for time! Another venue is Blainestone Lodge, just 8 miles south! The boys played pitch in the backyard, we used the hibachi to cook. The weather was perfect to sit around the table on the patio. Such a lovely spot with lights strung around. The kitchen table was a good size to play Uzzle with everyone. The beds were very comfy. Once we figured out how to keep the water off in the bathroom, it worked well for us to shower. Debbie was on top of every question I had. We would recommend her lovely house. The street out front is very busy, so make sure your small people do not go through the gate.

The house is decorated incredibly cute and is a very comfortable place; however, the owner was there watering flowers when I arrived and she was very nice and provided a tour. She indicated she was there to dust as it had been a long time since the home had been occupied. While very cute, the home was very dirty. It smelled of mild/mildew very badly, which I am allergic to. There were mold spores growing all over a stand in my room. The toilet in the master bedroom did not work, the main bathroom toilet barely flushed, the bathtub was clogged, there were cobwebs hanging above the stove and lights, dead and live bugs, and lots of bug feces on things. When pulling out my chair for dinner, there was mouse feces on the chair and also a chair in the garage. The patio furniture was not usable. It was too dirty and would require cleaning to sit in. Very nice lady and beautifully decorated property but needs a extreme cleaning, pest control, and mold/mildew remediation.

Our stay at this Vrbo was perfect, especially during an ice storm! The host went above and beyond by ensuring the space was warm upon our arrival. The home was impeccably clean, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable – we’re obsessed! The heated blankets and long hot showers made our stay extra cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget we could need, making it feel just like home. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and comfortable getaway! Will stay again, and idk why curious about staying in the she shed!!

The backyard area is so cute and great for groups and families to sit and spend quality time, Cozy inside and out is the best word I could think of to describe it. Worst experience I’ve ever had

The house is disgusting, it’s dirty. Debbie will try and charge you for every dime she can. They have a leak in her toilets hardly work and trying to charge us for it. I would never pay a dime for this awful place. If I could get a refund I would in a heartbeat. Worst experience ever.

This property was just right for my sisters and I. We each had our own bedroom and the living area was very nice for visiting. The bathroom faucets on the tub were hard to use and it was difficult to control the temperature. On the whole, it was a very comfortable place to stay.

Solar Eclipse stay

I’d choose elsewhere to stay.

Inaccurate website description. Does not sleep 8. There were 3 queen size beds. Description said theee were supposed to be rollout beds as well, there were no rollout beds. You walk in to the house and it’s scorching hot in the middle of the 100° Texas summer. There’s a note on the thermostat stating not to put it below 83°. It was convenient because it was located next to the Bella Woods Wedding and Event Center.

Our stay was great! Host communicated with us throughout the entire weekend. The home was clean and had plenty of blankets, perfect for a small group, and perfect for enjoying the evening out in the backyard patio. We even forgot a couple items and she was gracious enough to mail them to us! We will be booking again soon!

This house was very cute and in a great location. It is close to downtown Midlothian and close to a walking trail. The She Shed does cost 75.00 dollars to stay in which is not located in the listing. Also, we couldn’t kick down the cooler past 77 degrees. I was also turned off by the owner coming by to water the garden. Other than that, we had a great time.
