Stepping inside, you’re greeted by a spacious, open-plan layout filled with light and tasteful furnishings that feel both modern and welcoming. The living room, with its large TV, invites you to unwind, while an indoor dining area seats six to eight guests, perfect for intimate meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to whip up a meal, and nearby, a lounge area opens out onto a vast terrace, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Each room has been designed with natural materials, adding warmth and character. The villa spans four levels, offering a blend of private and communal areas that allow everyone to feel at home.



Outdoors, the terrace is a dream come true. You’ll find a heated swimming pool, Balinese beds for lounging, and a dining space that comfortably seats twelve. Surrounded by lush banana trees, it’s an ideal spot to relax with music playing from the Sonos speakers. Further along, a jacuzzi awaits, inviting you to unwind with a glass of wine as you take in the spectacular sunset or the magic of a starlit sky. For added convenience, the terrace includes a utility room, complete with a washing machine and extra fridge space.

This villa is located in a residential area, so guests are asked to please be mindful of noise levels during their stay. Loud music, noise, and large gatherings are not permitted and breaking this rule risks a €5,000 fine and/or possibly being asked to vacate the property.
