Welcome to this magnificent 2-bedroom apartment located in the popular Urbanización Los Prados in La Cala de Mijas. The community offers a year-round open swimming pool, a private paddle court, and secure private parking in the garage.
La Cala’s beautiful beach, restaurants, shops, and vibrant nightlife are only a 13-minute walk. Noria Golf is a 7-minute walk from the apartment. Marbella and Fuengirola can both be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car, making this the perfect base to explore the Costa del Sol.
The Space:
When you enter the apartment, you are met by a modern apartment with open floor plan, to the left you have the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
In the living room, you have 2 comfortable sofas, Bluetooth speakers and a large TV with thousands of channels via Apple TV, including Swedish, English, German, Dutch, French, and much more. Here, you also have a central A / C with a panel that controls the entire apartment.
From the living room, you come out to the private terrace with a large gas grill, drink cooler and a nice dining area and sun loungers. From the terrace, you have a fenced garden leading out to the communal garden and the year-round open pool area and paddle court.
Both bedrooms have large and lavish beds, of which the master bedroom has a hästens bed.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower.
The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in all rooms, WIFI, Parking, Gas grill, Drink cooler and much more.
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

The area around the apartment is quiet, close to nature and close to all that La Cala has to offer. Just around the corner you have La Noria Golf which is an 18-hole course and popular with golfers, Miraflores golf with 9-holes is also nearby and Calanova golf with also this on 18-holes.
Getting Around:
About 13min walk or 3 minutes by bike you have La Cala's nice beach, restaurants, nightlife and shops. Marbella and Fuengirola are approximately 15 minutes away by car.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.
