Welcome to our unique penthouse in the heart of the fishing village of La Cala de Mijas with its own private pool on the rooftop terrace and all amenities just a stone's throw away. La Cala de Mijas is a beautiful seaside town between Marbella and Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol, famous for its blue-flag beaches, great restaurants and the Moorish tower that adorns the core of La Cala. Near the apartment you have a variety of restaurants from all corners of the world and with food that suits everyone in the family. There are a number of grocery stores like Lidl, Aldi and Mercadona nearby. There are buses every half hour to both Marbella and Fuengirola.Every Wednesday and Saturday, there is also a market nearby, where you can buy anything from fruit to clothing and gadgets. When you get up the stairs, you will meet a large open-plan fully-equipped kitchen, a 6-seater group, a sofa with 2 sofas and a 50 "Ultra HD TV with thousands of international channels including Swedish, Norwegian , British, German, Dutch etc. You also have direct access to a 30m2 large terrace with seating and a lounge group. On the same floor you will find two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds and storage. One floor up you will find Master bedroom with private bathroom and Jacuzzi as well as laundry room.From the bedroom you have direct access to the roof terrace with sunbeds and the private pool, this is the only apartment in with its own rooftop pool. The apartment is also fully equipped with WIFI, Washer, Dryer, Smart TV, International Channels, A / C with cooling and heating in each room, etc. There is no private parking and there is no elevator. The cleaning fee includes bed linen and towels. Baby Package €39: including cot and high chair, on request and subject to availability. The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.
