We look forward to hosting you at this large villa. It is in the perfect location, just 6 mins drive from the busy town of Fuengirola. Also nearby are 8km of beautiful sandy beaches.

The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine.

It leads into the dining area with panoramic views and open plan modern living room with plenty of seating and an additional sofa bed. The large TV can be used to login to your favourite apps like Netflix, Disney+, YouTube etc.

The terrace is ideal for enjoying leisurely meals, whist enjoying the fantastic views down towards the sea.

There is also an upstairs toilet/washroom, and a laundry room.

Downstairs there are 3 large bedrooms:
The master suite can sleep up to 4 people, it has 1 double bed and a living area with TV and sofa bed. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and separate bath (note no toilet in the en-suite).

The second double bedroom has large built-in wardrobes and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
All bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows and doors leading out onto the terrace and down to the pool area. There is also a bathroom with shower on this floor.

The property has air-conditioning/heating throughout, and high-speed WiFi.

The private garage will keep your car cool and out of the sun.

Its the perfect place for a short or longer stay, and we can provide plenty of recommendations tailored to your group, about activities and sights in the area.
