This hotel will disappoint you. I stayed here for two nights. It was my first time at traveling to Milan and this hotel, and honestly, it was far from a pleasant experience. The hotel is not clean at all, despite what the photos might suggest. I booked a double room with a city view, but the room I was given was on the very top floor of the hotel—basically in the attic. The ceilings were low, and since the hotel has five floors but the elevator only goes up to the fourth, I had to carry my luggage up about 20 stairs to reach my room. Why wasn’t this clearly mentioned in the room description beforehand? As for cleanliness, don’t expect much. The room we received had a safe box that didn’t work. Can you believe it? When I asked the staff to fix it, they told me they couldn’t because the previous guest had locked it and they were “unable to repair it.” Breakfast was extremely basic. If you are considering a hotel in this price range with breakfast included, I strongly recommend looking around—there are definitely better options out there.

Family room very comfortable great location

Family room was large and comfortable, TV had English channels too. So nice to have a hotel with a fridge and tea bags, seems to have disappeared from many in this price range. Bathroom was good size water pressure was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly, really good crew. Milan is a very noisy city, was a bit hard to sleep first night with the road, tram and people noise but got used to it.
