Bathroom was tired and had mould in the shower. Room needed a refresh. Staff were friendly but felt the hotel lacked warmth and overall nice feeling. TV didn’t work at first so had to get engineer in. Generally felt room was not what I’d paid for.

“Premium room” with broken shower and no sleep I was told I’d been given an upgrade to a premium room. The reality: a small room directly above reception, with a view of a wall and constant noise from downstairs. In the middle of the night, an emergency light started flashing on and off — impossible to sleep properly. When I finally drifted off, I was woken up by the reception music and chatter early in the morning. The shower was also broken. No one ever asked how my stay was. When I mentioned the issues myself, the staff didn’t seem interested and offered no solution or apology. Calling this room “premium” is misleading. A disappointing experience that could easily be improved with basic maintenance and genuine customer care.

Wonderful location, right in front Milano Centrale and only 25min walk from Duomo. Everyone at front desk and restaurant were very nice & helpful. Room was spacious clean and beds were very comfortable.

Great Stay Near Central Station

Great Location and Service, IH Hotels in Milan was perfectly located near Central Station, which made getting to my train for the airport so easy. It’s also close to great dining options and all the beauty Milan has to offer. The room was spacious and spotless, and the front desk team was very helpful and professional. A great stay overall!
