The 60 m² apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet, secluded position that guarantees maximum privacy. The entrance is through the first private courtyard, which immediately introduces the welcoming atmosphere of the home. A large hallway opens onto a bright, relaxing living room furnished with a comfortable sofa (also usable as a single bed) and a large table ideal for dining or as a spacious work station.
From the living room there is access to the second private courtyard, the true jewel of the apartment. This intimate, peaceful green space is perfect for relaxing in the sun, having breakfast outdoors or working in full tranquility. A precious and rare corner in the heart of Milan, ideal for anyone seeking a moment of calm amid urban life.
To the left of the entrance is the bedroom, featuring a large double bed. The window overlooking the front courtyard floods the room with natural light during the day, creating a serene, pleasant environment for rest and relaxation.
Next to the living room there is a practical kitchenette, compact but well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals.
A short hallway leads to the bathroom, comfortable and functional, complete with shower, sink, toilet and all necessary amenities for the stay.
High-speed Wi‑Fi (879 Mbps), washing machine and dryer are also available.

Tram stops Piazza Ventiquattro Maggio and Colonne di San Lorenzo are both about 5 minutes on foot and are served by lines 2 and 9, connecting the area effectively with other parts of the city.
