The staff was not very welcoming. In fact, during our entire stay there, we felt like we were an inconvenience and that we weren’t wanted there. The service and the food was horrible. I would not recommend any foreigners to stay there.

Would not recommend - NO KING BEDS at property.

We were charged for a King-sized bed (upgrade) and only got a double. When asked at the front desk, the employee was rude and told me they did not have king-sized beds anywhere on the property. The restaurant and bar were closed on a Friday night. The TV would not cast internet-based services and the telephone did not work (or wouldn't be answered). It would ring 3 times and then go to fast busy. Overall staff very rude. Would not recommend.

The hotel is easy to check into and has plenty of parking. It needs a little work and it a little dated. We rented motorcycles at HP Motorad nearby and they have a sign inside (presumably because of the safety of the hotel) that renters are prohibited from parking at Novotel. The staff is nice and the room was clean.

The hotel room was dirty, not friendly staff , no food available as everyone in Milan closes from 3-7pm and the restaurant personnel was very rude when asking about food hours . Will not recommend anyone to stay here . I have picture of the nasty shower and red carpet stains ..

First my wife was told that she need to pay a amount higher than the actually Hotel stay Price per Person to use the Pool, than I called Expedia, Expedia called the Hotel and all of a sudden the Pool was free to use. When my wife and daughter went to the Pool, the were not allowed to enter the Pool without a Bathing cap. Of course you can purchase one at the Hotel for a ridiculous amount. This is just not tight
