I stayed at the airport Sheraton in Milan for one night, merely for the sake of convenience. When I booked I thought it was a tad expensive, but when I arrived, I realized it is well worth it. The direct train from Milano Centrale drops you within a 3-minute indoor walk to check-in at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The bar is very nice where you can order small plates.
