Front desk staff is extremely rude. A gentlemen named Robi was very condescending, wouldn’t speak to us directly, and had another worker translate to us when we both spoke perfect English. Rooms also don’t represent what is shown online. They are very outdated and old.

The property was nice and very convenient. I had a car but I used just for outside Milano. The subway is 2 min walk. Breakfast was great. Clean and quiet. The front desk service was very helpful in all the aspects.

La struttura è carina ma necessita di ripulita e ristrutturazione. Il personale non è sempre esattamente cortese. La camera piccola, il letto doppio ma molto scomodo, bagno da rifare, soffitto con molte crepe, corridoio sporco, condizioni vecchio e rumoroso. In compenso, ottima colazione e stazione metro proprio all angolo ma nel complesso un ottimo tre stelle al prezzo di un tre stelle, però. Non è un quattro stelle e non vale il prezzo.

Very easy check in, and she even upgraded our room when she saw we had more people than beds, I assumed we'd share a bed but she politely upgraded us. Property was clean, and the metro was right outside for easy access to other areas of town.

We liked the hotel and the value it offered. It looked like the rooms were partially renovated. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The size of the room was sufficient. The bathrooms however, were very dated, with broken and lifted tiles, a shower head that wouldn’t move and was too close to the wall. With that said, I understand why because the shower water would come out of the shower pan onto the platform and flood the floor if a towel wasn’t placed there. Breakfast was great! They had everything and more than an average breakfast. The area surrounding wasn’t the most welcoming to be in, but it was very close to the train/subway station which was what we were looking for. If you are looking for a hotel outside the city centre for good value and located on a train path, then this is it. I would definitely visit again if I was in the area!

Pretty good hotel conveniently next to the metro into town. Nothing much in the area to walk to, mostly car dealerships. Hotel rooms are huge but much of it is wasted space. Clean, though the carpet could use replacing. Would be nice if the hotel had a microwave

Great wee hotel, perfect for our short break to Milan. Lovely restaurant just a minutes walk from hotel. Also super handy for the metro- direct access to the yellow line for Duomo and other major attractions!

I’d like to report a serious disturbance that occurred overnight Friday due to a loud community party. There was excessive noise, including shouting, which continued well into the night and made it extremely difficult to sleep. This level of noise is unacceptable during overnight hours and disrupts the peace of the neighborhood.
