Very nice and newly renovated apartment. Presence of washing machine, dishwasher, 42 TV, fast fiber optic Internet connection and air conditioning. Linen supplies included. Super-equipped kitchen with oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer and toast warmer. Very quiet and perfect for a stay in comfort and relaxation.

How to collect the keys: -Option ‘Flexibility’: you can collect the keys at the Hostmate offices, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. -Option ‘Make an Appointment’. : from 15:00 you can receive the keys directly at home by making an appointment with the Hostmate Team at the time of registration, which we will confirm as soon as possible. Please note that this service is subject to payment and must be made no later than 18:00 on the day prior to arrival.

We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

When we checked in toilet seat was completely off and sitting in the floor. Bathroom door knob was off. The smell of the place was bad. Pictures were way definitively nicer than place really was. When we picked up keys the host was annoyed when I asked a few questions.

ITALY STAY

The property is nice. Would be more practical to have some hooks in the bathroom for towels and clothes. Would be nice to have a simple toilet paper holder. Trash cans would also be a plus. Washing machine is very complicated to use. Holder in shower for bath soap bar would also be a plus. Also not sure why there are only 3 spoons. Silverware is not that expensive.

Spacious Apartment

The apartment was well laid out, comfortable and convenient to the metro. We asked the manager to check on the broken shower head, wobbly toilet seat and leaking espresso machine. The espresso machine was replaced two days later. We got no response about the shower or toilet, even though we sent pictures as requested. The neighborhood was safe with shops and mostly family run restaurants with local clientele.

A lots of broken or not fixed items (toilet seat, hair dryer, lamps, electric curtain, furniture in the bedroom…), bed sheet with holes, very thin comforters in winter, quite cold, dark and very noisy flat because on the ground floor (you can hear and feel the vibrations of the subway!),
