We had a fire alarm during our stay 11:30 pm. The lobby smelled like something burning, but we were assured we could go back to our rooms - after walking down the 5 flights of stairs with a bad knee. Not a fan of hotels, but it was ok. Mostly clean - bathroom could have used some attention.

They didn’t give me the room I paid for. There was no suite with a pullout couch. Just a king. They gave us a rollout bed that was old thin and the springs were sticking out. There was mold in the bathroom, the rugs are worn so bad you can see the concrete right through. The lobby was colder than outside. The heat was not on. Worst place ever

We were able to check In two hours early. Check in was seamless and receptionist was very pleasant. I wish I could remember his name. We were given one of the upgraded rooms on the 4th floor and it was beautiful, clean. I have stayed here with my son’ tournaments before and will definitely continue to do so in the future.
