The room we were initially given smelled like mildew and there was standing water on the floor. I alerted the desk and we were promptly switched into another room. This was great and would have raised the rating however, rather than calling to ask, we received a loud knocking/ pounding in the door after 11pm from the desk clerk asking if we had showered due to something leaking on the floor below us. Overall, for the price, you get what you pay for. I was hoping to give some grace with the initial service but, the way in which the desk clerk BANGED on our door was completely unacceptable.
Property is not accurate with the photos listed on the website- Dirty towels lots of Dirt on curtains and around the property and of course they have the no refund policy which it makes sense so people are obligated to stay after seeing the truth .
I would like to report several issues regarding my recent stay: There are fungal growths in the bathroom, and the ceiling appears to be water-damaged with visible deterioration.
The room I stayed in is not suitable for accommodation in its current condition. I strongly recommend repairing the damaged areas and ensuring the room is properly maintained before making it available for reservations.

stairwells smell like spoiled beer and urine. I had to wash my shoes before getting into my car. I had reservations for 2 nights. 1st night someone jiggled door handle. Cords taped in the room outlets. Smoke detectors missing with tape in its place. I refused to stay the 2nd night. No refund at all. No compensation and no apologies. I lost 1 night but my saftey and well being are so much more than refund. Going to my room all i smelled was urine, beer and drugs! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
The guest towels in the bathroom has stains on them. The ceiling fan and light in the bathroom was literally falling off and hanging by a couple of wires that was completely filled with dust. The floors have not been swept the room had a smell of mildew and cigarette, even though I requested a non-smoking room The younger gentleman at the check-in office had all my information wrong. He wanted to charge me $30 over when I paid on our hotels.com and I told him I already paid pre-pay for the room and then he saw his error. I also asked three times for a room on the first floor and then when he gave me my room keys he said oh sorry nothing on first floor only second floor. This proves to me he was not listening to the customer
