Excellent value stay!

The staff and service is extremely good and professional. The restaurant, though expensive, has excellent food and drinks made by an expert staff. Despite the excellent service and staff, I did not get but a few hours sleep. The room walls are paper thin and many guests had loud party music and shouting going on till 3am. In addition to this the hotel is two stories and every footstep above could be heard with painfully clear detail.

Good staff, the room was beautiful and very large with everything I needed. The one thing I didn’t like was the sandwich I got from the lobby - the plastic sandwich wrap smelled like paint thinner and it made the sandwich taste like it. It made me nauseous and I couldn’t sleep from the stomach ache. Please use plastic wrap with NO CHEMICAL SMELL. And maybe have the meat, lettuce, and tomatoes separate from the bread because it was soggy. Everything else was great, but the sandwich made me sick.

Sonesta Silicon Valley is a beautiful property with great staff and very clean rooms! Check in and check out was incredibly easy! We enjoyed our stay so much we plan on coming back any time we're in the area!

All of the staff was very nice and helpful. The food I got from the restaurant was very good as was the prepaid breakfast (It was only an xtra $10 for me and my daughter when we booked). The bed was too firm for me but I also have a 3 inch memory foam topper on my pillow top mattress at home so to each thier own. The 800 lbs gorilla stomping around and slamming the toilet lid till 1 am above me was less than charming but that was only partially the desk girls fault as I am not one to complain much.
