We stayed 2 nights. We had plenty of room for 2 couples and 1 more. Perfect location, house was very clean, had everything we needed, even homemade muffins. The room was ready an hour early and was able to check in early. The hosts were friendly and communicated well throughout trip. Place was easy to find and easy to access. Recommend this place highly.

Our family (2 parents, 2 grandparents, one teenager) had a wonderful stay here for Spring Break. The owners were wonderful and left yummy snacks and muffins to welcome us. They were very helpful and communicative. We loved the home with Bay views out front (and a great porch for drinking your morning coffee - we saw dolphins) and the marsh/preserve out back. Lots of gorgeous birds around, a great spot for bird watchers. Not having to bring or rent linens was a huge plus as was being able to bring dogs - very pet friendly. All the beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. We're rented many places at Broadkill and have never stayed somewhere so well stocked for guests - lots of extras - spices, coffee and tea, dish soap, toiletries, TP, and more. Very thoughtful. Also a box of games that we enjoyed playing. Home comes with a kayak but we didn't get it out on the water unfortunately, but we did use the beach chairs and umbrella. Overall a terrific rental; I hope to come back.

This house is spotless and tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable and the linen quality .The kitchen is thoroughly equipped. Natalie is a very gracious host. She had delicious snacks to greet us when we arrived. Very easy access to the beach. We saw a bald eagle in flight as we sat in the living room. So perfect! we would love to come back. Highly recommend this house!

My spouse & I , family & dogs had a wonderful stay at your home. It was a great location, comfortable home, very clean, with everything you could possibly need. Gorgeous views of the bay in the front of the house, & spectacular views of the marsh land in the back of the house. Unbelievable sunsets! Great wildlife! Beginning of our trip was three days of the Noreaster. We felt very safe in the house. Looking forward to returning again.

Property was just as described- steps to the beach! Kitchen was well equipped. We had a great week and enjoyed the beach chairs provided. Nice not to have to pack those. The beach was clean and not crowded. A real plus for us with a toddler.

Great Family Beach Vacation

We just returned from a lovely week on Broadkill Beach. The scenery from both the front and back of the house was just beautiful. We especially enjoyed all the wildlife, the dolphins, birds and the deer that wandered through the front yard most every morning. Natalie and Brett were the most gracious and accommodating hosts, I have never been to a home where so many goodies were waiting for us upon arrival. We SO enjoyed the freshly picked blueberries and homemade muffins as we unloaded and unpacked.

Another Wonderful Stay

This is our second stay at Natalie and Brett's place, and both times have been exceptional. The home is welcoming, beautifully situated and has everything that a family needs. The views of the ocean and preserve are so relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked. And the bedrooms are very comfortable. They always have treats for their guests, which my hungry teens love. We were there during very cold weather and it was so nice and cozy, yet still at the beach!

Beautiful Gem!

Celebrated the Thanksgiving holiday in this gorgeous home with my husband, three older boys and my Mother-In-Law and it could not have been more perfect! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to do lots of cooking and we even were greeted with lots of snacks to enjoy. Great big table to eat and play games and cards. Ocean access right across the street and was truly perfect for some fishing Thanksgiving morning! We made magical memories and look forward to staying in this gem again!

Fall Break

My wife, son and our dog spent three nights here on Broadkill Beach and we had a great time. The house is clean and quiet with beautiful views, particularly across the Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge. Beach access is just across the street... everything was easy. Nice rooms and the kitchen was fully furnished. We would like to return... perhaps next spring. Thank you, Natalie and Brett. Amazing September Beach Vacation

Such an amazing home, well stocked with everything we'd need for a family beach vacation! The hosts have thought of everything, and the location is ideal - close to Lewes and Rehoboth, but also far enough way that we had the beach to ourselves. Highly recommend this property, it was the best VRBO experience we've had to date. Thanks so much Brett and Natalie!

Family Vacation

Great location on quite beach. Property owners were very responsive to inquires about no hot water and an AAC leak they immediately resolved. They credited us a day so they could install a new hot water heater which was very kind of them. Access to beach and the view was great. Three decks and three bathrooms was a plus. The only negatives were the biting flies at the beach (bring DDT so you aren’t attacked) and the cool/warm showers the first two days.

Premium and spacious property in Broadkill Beach area

This property is spacious (three-bedrooms and bathrooms) and presents ultimate tranquility with outside decks presenting views of marsh lands and migratory birds at the nearby Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge and the mouth of the Delaware bay. Beach access is right across the street. The Coastal Highway access is about ten-minute drive from the property and another ten minutes to access historic Lewes and its great restaurants. A telescope and ample snacks are included. Nearby Cape Henlopen State Park, where the Atlantic Ocean and Delaware Bay meet, offered excellent beaches and a chance to see dolphins swimming in "pods". Electronic access was most convenient and host communications were excellent. A premium property listing in an extremely tranquil and peaceful part of Deleware.

Great house in quiet Broadkill Beach

Spent a few nights here for a spring getaway. The house is clean and nicely appointed, with lots of nice touches and thoughtful attention to detail. Nice views of the beach and wildlife refuge. The hosts are great and we'd definitely stay again.

Awesome home, beautiful location!

WOW! This house was so clean, beautiful, organized, and has the perfect location! The views of the marsh are stunning and you're high enough to see the beach as well. The location is quiet and peaceful. It's our favorite vacation home we've stayed at. The house was very comfortable and I loved how everything was labeled and easy to find. They were very welcoming, leaving snacks and homemade muffins for us! Everyone enjoyed their time! We hope to be back this year! Thank you!
