The facilities overall seemed fine but the fan in the room was extremely noisy and no matter how low I set the thermostat, it stayed uncomfortably hot. I was up at 2 am for an early flight and I couldn’t get even lukewarm water in the shower so went without. Not my best experience as a frequent business traveler.

Greed in having an incidental charge this is just wrong. These hotels are already raking in billions in profit and probably profiting from insurance claims on top of bogus surcharges.
