The room was fine but the rest of the hotel experience was poor. There were multiple events in the area driving a lot of guests checking in and the hotel was clearly understaffed. Many of us waited for our rooms to be ready after 4pm, there were no parking spots left in the hotel garage when we arrived, and no carts available to take luggage up. There was a loud repeating banging noise next to our room that started at 7am and went on till about 9am. None of us got any rest after a late night. I will never stay in this hotel again. The only positive was valet Owen, he delivered bad news to other guests with grace, even when everyone looked upset and gave him attitude. He was creative and figured out a way to put my car away till the valet was ready, he found a cart for my luggage as soon as one opened up. Owen demonstrated leadership when his management did not. He deserves a promotion.

Room was lovely, perfect location to some great places to have a great meal and a few drinks. Great place to visit. Starbucks in the lobby only hiccup is the parking fees… not included I. The room cost. Kind of disappointing.

If you’re going to charge your guest $6 for a bottle of water (which is ABSURD).. you should have clean rooms/bathrooms, bedding that doesn’t feel like tissue paper, doors that actually open and close without issue. Ridiculous. Only giving 2 stars due to location and friendly staff.
