There was garbage when we walked in on the floor when I walked into my room. My front light did not work so I made my way to the back and I seen a roach by the TV. I ran out and I left and I’m working on getting my refund.
Shower curtain no longer wait it is yellow and stain at the bottom that’s nasty. Looks like they did not wash it.
The hall smelled like marijuana. Here is a light fixture missing the covering part.
Disgusting floors very dirty
Here’s the pile of trash when I walked in to go to my room. This is unacceptable. It looks like a trap.

We only had one towel when we got there for 2 people, was like 2 half rolls of TP when we got there and we were there for like a week, towards the end of trip only one keycard was working. We found a half dead bedbug so seems like they know and still taking guests. Breakfast bag was an option we didn’t try. We thought it would be like a normal breakfast with like pancakes/eggs ex.

We were offered four different rooms, and each one had cockroaches, black mold, dirty sheets and broken furnishings. One of the reasons we selected this hotel was that it had a swimming pool, which turned out to be inoperable.

The room was filthy- broken walls, stained bathtub, and mold on the ceiling. The pool was locked, when we looked inside, there were green stains on the far left side of the pool. The front desk was unattended the entire time. No breakfast was provided. The entire night we spent here felt unsafe and unsanitary. My daughter told me that she would have rather spent the night sleeping in the car than in that room. If I could give negative stars, I would. This is unacceptable.
