My room had someone’s lashes left on the bathroom counter when I got there and also I had to rewipe the bathroom down it wasn’t very clean at all the the staff were very rude

Clean room. Great water pressure and hot water for shower! Comfy beds. Only downfall was how thin the walls were. You could hear everything. People talking and their tvs on both sides babies crying.l etc. bring ear plugs and you'd be fine. Parking was $20 a day in their lot across the street.

Staff was welcoming but room was not very clean and the elevator was uncomfortably small, I could barely fit in there with carryon luggage. Floors and shower didn’t seem very clean.

Firstly, the hotel was not very clean. I'm talking like the towels had brown spots on it (like half the towel it wasn't little and it wasn't poop it was just clearly dirty) the sheets had so many stains on it, we unmade the bed before we left and found piles of blood on the mattress pad/protectors. Secondly, I called 2 separate times about early check in and was told that we could check in at 1. We get there at 1 and try to check in (I called that morning and they said come at one) and they told us they had no rooms available!? We ended up just checking in after 4 because we wanted to get our day started.

No regular tv channels. Apps only. We were told to go across the street to watch live sports. Room was ok. Curtains were broke. Housekeepers were very loud by our room in the morning. Very rude and disrespectful.
